While engaging clients in various business types, Bill always ensures that each client experience is managed effectively to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. He prides himself with a high level of repeat business and the number of referrals that come from his clients. Bill's "can do" attitude cascades through his businesses.

When not in the office, Bill is leading a happy household of family and time with friends. He continues to give back to his communities in many different ways that he is actively involved with. Ironically, Bill also enjoys the sport and calming side of fishing.

Marissa Nugent

As head of operations, Marissa coordinates all of the internal and external resources needed to deliver a superior level of project execution that our clients have learned to expect. Marissa brings a history of project coordination and administration within various business types. To ensure optimal results, she is also trained and certified in industry leading SEO and SEM expertise in Google Ad Words and Analytics.

A portion of her leadership success comes from her continual search for best practices and efficiencies in SEO. Marissa is quick to incorporate and share key techniques that increase productivity and value to our clients.

In her spare time (optional as a mother of three), she likes to read, has an eye for photography, and spends quality time with family.

Chad Lowe

Creative Director

Chad is a designer, illustrator, and web developer who manages projects for agencies, retailers, and manufacturers throughout the nation. His designs have been seen in mainstream print and digital applications around the world.

Chad believes that design requires a strong sense of purpose and self-awareness and that is what he expresses through his concepts, styling, and execution. He adapts fluidly to different aesthetics and helps clients achieve their biggest goals.

Outside of work, Chad creates digital and traditional artwork and collaborates with other independent artists. He also enjoys craft beer, creating music, and playing with his cat.
